📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sous Chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes for the restaurant.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Stock and manage inventory of ingredients and kitchen supplies.,Prepare and maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in menu development and cost control activities.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Work efficiently under pressure to meet service demands.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven experience in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
