📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in managing client portfolios and ensuring compliance with Shariah principles.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry contacts.
• Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to clients and internal teams.
• Support the development and implementation of financial strategies and solutions.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals and business plans for new projects.
• Provide administrative support to the Business Development team.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Islamic finance principles and Shariah compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with financial software such as Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, or SAP.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
