📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise a team of dispatchers, ensuring high levels of operational efficiency.
• Optimize delivery routes and schedules using advanced logistics software such as SAP and JDE.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with drivers, warehouses, and customers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure and efficient workplace.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and streamline processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve logistics operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or dispatch management.
• Proven track record of managing logistics operations and improving efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software such as SAP and JDE.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in logistics management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
