📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage regulatory reporting processes to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.,Develop and maintain technical business analysis tools and frameworks to support regulatory reporting.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data for regulatory reporting purposes.,Ensure accurate and timely submission of regulatory reports to relevant authorities.,Identify and mitigate regulatory risks to protect the business and maintain compliance.,Provide training and support to team members on regulatory reporting requirements and processes.,Stay updated with changes in regulatory requirements and implement necessary adjustments to reporting processes.,Work closely with external auditors and regulators to address any issues or concerns related to regulatory reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory reporting and technical business analysis.,Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting frameworks and requirements in Indonesia and other relevant jurisdictions.,Proficient in using technical business analysis tools and software.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Strong leadership and team management abilities.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
