📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting regular internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Identifying risks and vulnerabilities in business processes and recommending corrective actions.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.,Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control and compliance matters.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date audit documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
