📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and related equipment.,Monitor and maintain the performance and security of our IT infrastructure.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects and initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Experience with network protocols and technologies.,Knowledge of IT security best practices and principles.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
