📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer preferences.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.,Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Ensure food quality and portion control.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to kitchen improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Valid food safety and hygiene certification.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
