📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions and maintaining financial records.,Monitor bank accounts and ensure proper reconciliation of bank statements.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management and regulatory bodies.,Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial projections.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial processes to identify areas for improvement.,Provide financial advice and support to the management team.,Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or financial management.,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP Indonesia) is a plus.
