📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement community empowerment programs that address key social challenges such as poverty, education, healthcare, and environmental sustainability.
• Collaborate with local government agencies, non-profit organizations, and community leaders to design and deliver impactful initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community empowerment programs using relevant metrics and data.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local businesses, community organizations, and government officials.
• Represent the Pemerintah Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung at national and international forums to advocate for community development.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in community development and social impact.
• Lead and mentor a team of community development officers to ensure the successful execution of programs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to community development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, Community Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in community development, social work, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing community empowerment programs.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using project management tools such as MS Project, Trello, or Asana.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
• Understanding of the social, cultural, and economic context of Bangka Belitung is a plus.
