Warung Intan Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing financial support to the management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.,Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Assist in the preparation of the company's budget and financial forecasts.,Provide financial support to the management team, including analysis of financial data and preparation of financial reports.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to the company's financial operations.,Assist in the preparation of the company's annual financial statements and tax filings.,Monitor and analyze the company's financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions and documents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and IFRS.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex financial information.,Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.,Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.,Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.,Ability to work well in a team environment and to meet deadlines and targets.
