As a Finance & Operations Administrator, you will manage critical financial processes, including account receivable, invoicing, and claims management. You will work with SAP and other financial software to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions. This role offers a competitive salary of IDR 5,000,000 - IDR 8,000,000 per month and a chance to grow within a reputable company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and reconcile account receivable transactions using SAP and other financial software.
• Process and verify invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Handle and resolve customer claims efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on financial performance metrics to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to support financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in using SAP and other financial software.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with claims management processes is a plus.
