📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide high-level legal advice to senior management and executive team.
• Manage and oversee complex legal matters, including contracts, regulatory compliance, and litigation.
• Develop and implement legal strategies to support business objectives and growth.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Foster a culture of legal excellence and best practices within the organization.
• Lead and mentor junior legal professionals.
• Collaborate with external legal advisors and consultants as needed.
• Represent the company in legal negotiations and disputes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior legal role, preferably in a corporate or business environment.
• Proven track record of providing strategic legal advice and managing complex legal matters.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian and international business laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with legal software and tools such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, and CaseMap.
• Hold a law degree from a reputable institution.
• Possess a valid practicing license to practice law in Indonesia.
