📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise store operations to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.,Train and mentor store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain product availability and quality.,Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
