One Bay Sentosa is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Lead Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and providing support in financial reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience to develop their skills in a supportive and growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and ensuring timely payments.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers.,Provide support in the preparation of financial reports and analysis.,Assist in the reconciliation of bank statements and other financial accounts.,Participate in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.,Support the finance team in ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Basic knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP or IFRS is a plus.,Proficiency in English is a plus.
