PT Maritim Usaha is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Section Head to join our team in Semarang, Jawa Tengah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maritime management and a proven track record of leadership.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the section.,Lead and mentor a team of professionals to ensure high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and safety.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Handle and resolve employee concerns and issues promptly and effectively.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Maritime Studies or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the maritime industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and operations.,Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and safety procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with maritime software and systems is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
