📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashier operations to ensure accurate and efficient transactions.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction.,Monitor cash handling and inventory to prevent theft and loss.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high service standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Generate and maintain accurate sales and transaction records.,Participate in inventory management and restocking activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in cashier or customer service roles.,Proven experience in managing and supervising staff.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian fluently.
