📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services.,Develop and implement operational plans and strategies to improve productivity and service quality.,Manage and mentor a team of healthcare professionals to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, suppliers, and partners.,Ensure the availability and functionality of all equipment and facilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations management.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to mentor and develop staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry standards.,Experience in managing budgets and financial planning.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
