📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement coffee brewing methods to achieve optimal flavor and quality.,Train and mentor junior baristas to maintain high standards of coffee service.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment.,Monitor coffee inventory and place orders as needed.,Collaborate with the management team to develop coffee menus and specials.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant coffee experience for all customers.,Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and technologies to continuously improve the coffee offerings.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the coffee shop.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.,Proven track record of creating and executing high-quality coffee brewing methods.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well in a team and lead by example.,Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and equipment.,Familiarity with Indonesian coffee culture and trends.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Coffee Science, or a related field is a plus.
