📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms.
  • Create and curate engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance to measure the success of our campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management and strategy.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts with high engagement and growth.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with a strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools is a plus.
