📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various positions within the organization.,Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations to the management team.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
