📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading the design process from concept to delivery, ensuring that all user experience elements are considered and integrated into the final product.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to ensure that the user experience is aligned with business goals.
  • Conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve the user experience.
  • Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas and concepts.
  • Designing and maintaining design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and efficiency in the design process.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior designers to help them grow and develop their skills.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in UX design, and applying this knowledge to our projects.
  • Measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of the user experience through metrics and analytics.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio of work to demonstrate your skills and expertise.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with user research and usability testing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
