Oversee the installation and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems in various projects across Bali.,Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.,Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Conduct regular site inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.,Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all personnel involved in the projects.,Provide technical support and guidance to site personnel, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to carry out their tasks effectively.,Maintain accurate and detailed records of all project activities, including materials used, labor hours, and equipment maintenance.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve project outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.,Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including their installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of professionals.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive and operate heavy machinery.,Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and standards, and the ability to ensure compliance.
