📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assemble and test semiconductor components with precision using specialized tools and equipment such as soldering irons, oscilloscopes, and multimeters.
• Follow detailed assembly instructions and quality control procedures to ensure products meet industry standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot assembly issues, providing solutions to maintain production efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of assembly equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production goals and improve processes.
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality assurance guidelines to ensure a secure and efficient work environment.
• Document assembly processes and quality checks for reference and improvement purposes.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assembly techniques and product quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing roles, preferably in the electronics or semiconductor industry.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor assembly processes and quality control standards.
• Proficiency in using assembly tools and equipment, including soldering irons, oscilloscopes, and multimeters.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, rotating shift environment with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
