📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process loan applications using Salesforce and SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with various partners, including banks, merchants, and third-party service providers, to facilitate seamless loan processing.
• Monitor and analyze loan data using Excel and other analytical tools to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Ensure that all loan documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date, in accordance with Akulaku's policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns related to loan applications and processing.
• Collaborate with the operations team to develop and implement process improvements, aimed at increasing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in the fintech and financial services sectors.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or operations role, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and risk management principles.
• Proficient in using Salesforce, SAP, and Excel for data management and analysis.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
• Certification in financial services or a related field is a plus.
