📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into automated workflows
- Create and maintain RPA scripts and workflows
- Test and debug RPA solutions to ensure they meet business requirements
- Document RPA processes and provide training to end-users
- Monitor and maintain RPA solutions to ensure optimal performance
- Stay updated with the latest RPA trends and technologies
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance RPA solutions
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in RPA development
- Proficiency in UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
- Strong understanding of programming concepts and scripting languages like Python or JavaScript
- Knowledge of business process modeling and workflow automation
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
