📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our fertilizer products in the agricultural sector.
• Conduct field visits to farming communities to understand their needs and demonstrate the effectiveness of our products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, agribusinesses, and other stakeholders.
• Provide training and technical support to farmers on the proper use of our fertilizers.
• Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present marketing reports to the management team, highlighting key performance indicators and market insights.
• Participate in trade shows, agricultural exhibitions, and other industry events to showcase our products and network with potential clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in agricultural marketing or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the agricultural sector and the Indonesian market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with marketing tools and software such as CRM systems, data analytics tools, and presentation software.
